Julia Conroy is a licensed professional counselor in Arkansas. She works with individuals, couples, and families regarding a variety of presenting issues. She enjoys her role as a counselor as she is invited into people’s sacred spaces to offer connection and understanding, which can ultimately lead to their healing. She has received specialized training in attachment, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the neurobiological implications of counseling. She currently teaches clinically focused classes at the University of Arkansas. Her research interests include the physiological implications of the counseling process, especially as they relate to coregulation.
